I'm not gonna lie, having a stutter definitely has a negative affect on dating. When I was a teen I stuttered way worse then I do now and managed to have a few nice girlfriends. Just focus on being a good guy and people will like you. Have you every seen that picture of a big guy at a party and he she shirt says "yeah I'm fat, who cares let's party" that's kinda how I found I had to project myself when I was younger before I got self confident enough that it didn't matter anymore.
