Sorry to hear that happened. Next time, should you pause, BREATHE. It's normal to forget about your breathing when talking on the phone but be conscious of it. Use fewer words in a sentence too if need be - to give yourself a smaller mental workload. Most of all, keep a positive mindset about these things. It's so easy for us to assume negative events will unfold as soon as something goes wrong. Keep your head up!
