Just found my speech therapy folder from when I was 8 years old

Just found my speech therapy folder from when I was 8 years old It was fun to read through and I got a boost from reading the sheets reassuring me that stuttering was okay haha. It was sad to read how annoying I found it back then and how I had wished so badly for it to just go away and yet here I am ten years later still going through it. On one sheet I wrote “I hope to stammer less when I’m older and do everything I want”. Sorry lad. If anything the opposite has happened since, but I’m a lot more okay with it now.
