Thank you, it is timed 8-12 minutes but when I had speech class the teacher marked hownlong I took but i dont think it took away from my grade. Also what drink would u reccomend. My little sister loves these energy drinks called "monsters" they are a trend on tik tok there is many flavors some with 0 calories and 0 sugar but some with a lot of sugar. I think extra energy could help
