How are you able to have a normal life?

How are you able to have a normal life? I have been stuttering since I was a child, as a defense mechanism, I isolated myself my whole life because of it. Which obviously had a major effect on my mental health and social skills over the years. When I was young, my parents took me to many doctors and speech therapists but nothing worked and I didn't see any improvement ( I was on a consistent treatment for months ). Some of the doctors told my parents at the time that in most cases stuttering goes away as I get older, which is not the case for me. I am currently in my late twenties and still stuttering, it is the main reason why I am living a depressed and miserable life to this day and I am completely lonely because of it. It affected every single aspect of my life, from making friends during high school and university, finding a partner ( I have never been in a relationship ), networking professionally, failing job interviews over the phone because of the long blocks which made the interviewer think I ended the call, and many many more awkward scienarios that shattered my confidence. My question is, how are you able to live a normal life? did you try a treatment that worked for you and you are able to speak semi-normal now? I really don't see the light at the end of the tunnel and I don't see myself going much longer.
