I didn't pick up on any shaming lol but thank you. I forget if I mentioned it here or elsewhere but there are times where I've been told to slow down and I'm speaking too fast. I will try and focus on slowing down but I usually feel like I'm speaking ridiculously slow and it doesn't feel natural. Then there's other times where I just lose myself and speed up again. And the rare time where I feel like speaking too slow can cause a stutter too, compared to just flying through the word. I believe there are far too many things that causes a person to stutter but a big one I'd say is doubt. We often doubt the word we're saying and when we do eventually stutter, we're doubting ourselves even when we don't realise. The subconscious is a big factor in this
