Anyone else have a psychological stutter?

Anyone else have a psychological stutter? 17M and my mind is my worst enemy. “You know what? I’m gonna make this guy stutter today because why not”. I talk > I think about stuttering > I stutter > embarrassment > thinking about stuttering again > repeat. It’s a very vicious cycle. My mother is at work, and a parcel that she must’ve ordered just arrived. I had the confidence to open the door and when he said my mothers name I went “no, that’s my mum. I’m her son” he then asks for my name and I say it as clear as day. He goes “what was that?” and when I repeated myself I stuttered like crazy. I’m pretty embarrassed but at least I know it’s not my fault the guy was borderline deaf. If any of you have any stories about your psychological stutter I’d like to hear them.
