I know it is very hard to take, I am sitting in my office right now freaking the hell out about a meeting I should talk at in a few hours. I have tried a few drugs without any good results, however, a couple of days ago I went to met a psychiatrist and he gave me a very low dose of antipsychotic drug - risperidone. I will try and let you know if it works. Mediation and tab technique seem to come me down a bit, give them a try. Good luck buddy
