Hmm.. this is a tough one since I struggled with thoughts like this too, especially for jobs that I know are require a lot of talking. Thinking that the job will leave you emotionally burned out and physically drained from all the blocking on calls or you won't be able to communicate well with you co-workers or manager when you need help. I think the best you can do is disclose your stutter to the interview and your manager should you be hired. And I would avoid just saying "I have a stutter" or using the word stutter. Because for some people, "stuttering is just thing someone does when they're nervous and it happens to all of us from time to time". This is not what you or I have. So use like "speech disorder" or "speech impairment" to get the message across that it's involuntary and something you don't have control over.
