I totally get you. I am older than you and still at home for the reason of everything has to be done orally being an adult. I haven't found the remedy. I get told I have to get over it but I literary don't know how to not block when making even trivial phone calls or even buy something at the store where you have say what you want. This has been chaining me to the ground my whole life and has affected my life tremendously.
