im on the same page as you man. ive stopped talking as much. only speak when necessary in as few words possible. we just need to push through. do you have anyone that you dont stutter as badly when your with them? if so then maybe try speak to them more. or read to yourself. anything to help you be a bit more fluent. i dont know if this will actually help but maybe talking to yourself enough (fluently) will help you become more fluent around other people
