Try to prepare as much as possible for the most common questions. Why do you want to leave your current job? Why do you want to join us? How can you improve the bottom line? Tell us when you had to work under pressure.. Etc. Preparing and exercising the answers in advance pays off in terms of results and perceived confidence by the interviewer. Good luck man!
