Yeah I get what you mean. People ask the same thing when they question why God created a world where bad things happen to good people and good things seem to happen to evil or vile people? The root question is why is there chaos in our world? And the answer is that God incorporated the concept of "free will" when he created the world. He allows us to make our own decisions and choices and establish our beliefs. If you love someone, you don't try and control every aspect of their lives. You allow them to make their own decisions and offer them guidance if they ask for it. This "free will' applies to all things in our world and all of creation (animals, nature, the elements, humans, etc.. ) and thus the chaos is born alongside order. That's why there's sickness and disease, famine and misfortune. All of it stemmed from the choice that the Adam and Eve made in the Garden of Eden, to eat of the forbidden fruit. If you want to blame, someone, I guess you can blame our progenitors. Free will is a double edged sword. Too many options can lead to destruction but also freedom to make the right choices with what he have, and carve out a life still worth something.
