How do stammerers think differently?

How do stammerers think differently? Some articles state that stammering is a cause of many abnormal nerve ending connections of the brain. This condition is also exacerbated by the IFG and left motor cortex lacking blood flow, which are brain regions responsible for controlling your language. This alone should affect the way a stammerer thinks. Any clarification whether my hypothesis is bullshit? By the way a stammerer thinks I mean the psychological effect of the brain wiring itself, not what you feel like when doing the stuttering. Edit: rephrasing sentences and cutting irrelevant shit.
