I used to have a terrible time on the phone (and still do to some extent) but the past year I've really been practicing by calling and talking to scammers on the phone. I noticed I can kinda put myself in a role I guess you could call it, like acting. It's worked wonders. Not advising anyone to do this, but it is fun as well :) And almost the most important thing to remember when stuttering is FREAKING BREATHE! I find myself running out of breath trying to get some stupid word out and once I take a deep breath and stop freaking out about it I'm fine. No breath = no sound. edit: I'm 31 been stuttering as long as I've been talking
