Speech difficulties is the top symptom of Autism. But stuttering doesn't mean you have Autism. However it does put us into the neurodivergent category but that's not an academic medical terminology yet. But someone said to me last year that I was the most obvious autistic person they ever met and its led me down a whole rabbit hole. I suspect I might be on the spectrum, but compared to my cousins who have high needs Autism I'd feel super disingenuous to even mention it. Ironically some one told my sister she has Autism also and she felt the same way. She said if we have Autism, it's diet Autism.
