For me personally, this is not really a question that I would even tackle. Yeah, at the end of the day you can try to say different words, but for me things got a LOT better when I just accepted it, and instead worked on being a better communicator in general. Listening, not using filler words, phrasing, and just being more confident in myself. Unless you got into an accident or something, it is better to assume that it's not going away and to find ways to live with it, then to try to get rid of it.
