I find that mine has ebbed and flowed very similarly. It was a lot worse when I was younger, got better with practice, declined, and improved again. It’s so weird. I felt that when I was younger, I just stuttered without paying much attention from lack of awareness, and went about conversation normally. Now I’m at a point where I’m not sure if I’m paying too much attention to it, and I’d like to find a happy medium, but it’s such a self conscious thing, you know? But I’m happy that you’ve made strides to overcome your stutter :) giving people including myself a lot of inspiration! You keep it up too, doing great!
