Yep! Pretty much the exact same thing here. Had as a child, went through college and many years of post-college mainly free of it. Now, it's back. I'm now seeing a speech therapist in hopes of getting it under control. Very frustrating to be dealing with this at this point in my life. (blocks, stutter). You are not alone.
