You can also disclose this information at the beginning of the interview too. “Before we start I’d like to let you know that I have a stutter, which means sometimes I repeat sounds, words, phrases and pause between words” or whatever characterizes your stutter “please be patient”. You could also ask at the end of the interview something like “do you foresee me having additional challenges with the position as some who stutters so that I can begin working on those skills now so that I am more successful with the position?” I think showing agency and self advocacy would be a positive thing to see from a recruiters perspective.
