Hi! To be honest it doesn't get a lot easier as life go by. I'm on my 5th year of university with a lot of oral presentations, i still feel as anxious as when i was 12 years old. With that said what you can do is damage control, kinda embrace who you are. A few weeks ago i read here that it's good in oral presentations to introduce you and start with "hey, i stutter so this might get weird, so just let me talk and you can ask me to repeat/explain anything you want". This really helped as i feel more relaxed after saying it. Practise things in front of the mirror at home. Talk to yourself, don't just "think", say it! I had a therapist from 15 to 17 years old and it did help a lot, i started to talk more and learned how to control my tempo. Also, if someone doesnt like (or laughs at) you only because you stutter, you are not the problem. Trust me!
