Yeah, I agree. I'm not sure about the Parkinson's part, but I think his recent speech, especially in the recent debate, can be more attributed to his age and a general decline in cognitive function, rather than stuttering. That said, as he gets older, he might have less control over his stutter which may cause it to increase relative to before, but the vast majority of his speech troubles recently IMO is due to his age, not stutter
