You should search through the old posts using the subreddit search feature! Many people post their own tips. They range from breathing techniques to gaining confidence! Personally, my stutter is more prevalent when I haven't been eating healthy, when I'm dehydrated, and when I'm anxious (which is often). Breathing techniques also help reduce my stutter because I remember to breathe before and after talking! Good luck!
