Was it always 50-50? Or did you used to have much better fluency under the influence? The first few times I drank, my stutter disappeared. I thought I had found fluency. But I found that as time went on, alcohol actually aggravated my stutter. You'll find other posts in this subreddit about alcohol. How many times have you used alcohol to "prepare?" You really should look at your own post and consider if you have a problem with alcohol. ​ >few shots of whatever I have lying around. ​ >I can’t stop drinking booze before talking-related situations. ​ >I am not an alcoholic.
