Little late to the party here but I know exactly what you mean! Don't overthink it! She is saying this because she likes YOU. And that includes how you talk. Overthinking it and/or constantly putting yourself down over your speech is not attractive. In my personal experience, the easiest way to handle this is just to accept the compliment and continue to have a great time together. Hope everything works out :)
