stuttering does not stop me for applying for jobs.. I know what to say but i don't know why It changes when its an interview.. i had a phone interview yesterday and the recruiter noticed and asked.. she was patient and her client invited me for an in person interview. I have tons of that next week. I just wish people can see past my stuttering but thats not the case here. i think i am pretty confident but I just don't know why whenever it involves an interview i get nervous to a fault! i don't know how i can psych myself out of this because it is very mental. I am very fluent when its a job i am overqualified for..i refuse to let this overtake my life negatively
