Not at all. It's not a contest, and thinking with positive intent is a helpful mindset. In most cases, people are trying to empathize in any way they know how. If I broke my leg and complained about how much it hurts to walk, and someone without legs gets annoyed because "at least you have legs to walk on" on one hand they're right. On the other hand, my leg is still broken and it still hurts to walk Just because we have it bad as a stutterer, doesn't mean other people can't feel nervous about presenting.
