I think you have low self esteem and thats why you think think.   I personally have a very severe stutter. Yet I've had give girlfriends and am with my current one for 8 years already. Through stuttering group therapy and courses like McGuire I know a few hundred other PWS, mostly men. Most if not all have (had) a girlfriend or partner in their life.
