I found something that helps with stuttering + blocking

I found something that helps with stuttering + blocking If I'm talking and I feel a block coming on or if I'm stuttering a lot, if I get out my phone and open my notes app and type what I'm saying as I'm speaking I'm completely 100% fluent with no blocking or stuttering at all. I don't know why this works. Obviously you can't do this all the time, but it can help in some situations. You'd have to be a fast typer though, or you'd be talking really slow. But sometimes if I'm typing and fluent because of it, I can just stop typing and I'll continue talking fluently. Like sometimes I just need the typing to help me start off and then I'll be fine, if that makes sense. You guys should try it out and see if it helps you too or if it's just me.
