"one must imagine Sisyphus happy". Albert Camus' absurdist philosophy is worth exploring. Combining this with some Buddhist principles I've found contentment after having had cancer. Surviving it I stopped seeing myself trough other people's eyes, I decided to be single and focus on self improvement and having time for people. I have been doing this for years and my life is on my terms, few friends who I see on my terms and I am free to have that conversation in my head in peace. I hope you find what works for you but for me Camus' extraordinarily applicable philosophy based on his essay the myth of Sisyphus is tailor made for us. One must imagine Sisyphus happy ✌️
