Same i have faced Extreme Discomfort in my jaw. sometimes while i,m speaking i hear a Crack sound from my jaw and it hurts and Sometimes while Yawning My Jaw gets stuck for mili second and some kind of bone come,s out of Below of my Chin and sometimes i feel so much tension in my jaw muscles or cheek muscle whatever it is ,when i joined college i used to Anxiety and Could speak at very low pitch because i knew no one in my college and i was scared that i will infront of my whole class i don,t know what it is but i searched these symptoms and Chat gpt told me you could have TMJ disorder
