There wouldn't have been enough money involved for a decades long study specifically on stuttering's effect on life expectancy. Maybe stress or anxiety have a similar study on them? I would be hesitant interpreting the results to your own life, though. Just because you may find a study that says stress leads to a shorter life doesn't mean you're doomed to die sooner than your peers, that's not how it works.
