I never knew ! Hello everyone! 28F: Never knew there was a community with stutter people like myself ! It makes me feel like I’m not alone, never thought it was as common as it is ! I never met anyone who stutters but if I did I would be completely understanding and know exactly what they’re going through I used to feel as a kid I was the only one and felt so alone and thought I couldn’t achieve anything in life, my dad has a stutter and so does my brother but his is very bad but mine isn’t bad at all it sometimes comes out at random times lol but I never went to therapy for it , I would practice from watching movies and music and just repeat it everyday that’s how I overcome it or tap on things sometimes or use my hands a lot lol I’m just scared if I were to ever have kids that they’ll end up with it and have to face the world but is it genetic ?
