Could a vitamin deficiency maybe cause a stutter?

Could a vitamin deficiency maybe cause a stutter? I have a problem with word blockages with words that start with certain letters. I have an interview with the state police where I am for a position and last interview I did with the city police was butchered because I couldn’t get my blockages under control. I some times take vitamins and I feel like they help and looking online says it could be a deficiency of vitamin D and some sources say b-6. Does anyone have any idea or experience with any of this?
