It honestly feels like something is not clicking when I do stutter, but when I click it in then I’m totally or mostly fluent. It seems to only click in when I’m using tactics that do help. It’s also a pain though since it’s like I forget how to use them and then I know again, especially when I’m really nervous, it’s weird lol
