Extended a 5 minute online meeting to 20 mins

Extended a 5 minute online meeting to 20 mins Probably gonna be fine in a few hours but right now I just want to die. Had to resort to in-call chat feature to finally say each sentence I stammered on for more than a minute. I hate the irregularity of my stutters. Was speaking fine and dandy this morning at home and now couldn't get more than 3 words out consecutively in the meeting. Stuttering is the only thing that outweighs everything I've accomplished in my mind and makes me feel a pathetic and useless burden. I wish there was a magic pill... Side note: I am on a fat loss diet these days so that could be the reason for the more than usual stutters recently.. Who knows.
