I started doing 15 min meditations a few times daily. I focus on slow and controlled breathing and try to loosen all parts of the body, sometimes even i try to voluntarily loosen my rectum muscles. It is making my mind more calm and I believe its having a positive effect on my control of my speech and even calming my mind
