Just go for it and do it. I have a pretty severe stutter when I am nervous and/or tired, but pushing myself to do it every time made me to have a giant progress in how I am able to present myself and the subject I wanna talk about. I don't speak fluently, far from it, but it stopped bothering me and I don't panic when I have to give one. I actually have a presentation next week and I am not nervous for it at all anymore, even though it is jn front of a class. I had to give presentations so many times during highschool and now in my studies, and it really helped me to be able to speak in groups actually. I am shy and have a bit of anxiety, so it has never been not nothing for me or something (I still hate everyone staring at me haha). Avoiding it is only gonna give problems in the long run tbh. You have to do it somehow at some point in your life. But you can ask for accommodations like a smaller group of people to start with, or no time limit/extra time (the accommodation I got at highschool).
