Can’t stop the negative thoughts and feelings I feel like lately my stutter has been all that I think about 24/7. Social interaction at college scares me so much and I find myself constantly thinking about my fluency while talking to other people or participating in class. I literally feel like I can’t shut my mind. I thought I was making some progress but I’m back to square one I feel. If anyone has been feeling/felt that way in the past I would appreciate if you could give some advice. Thanks!
