Dealing with work meetings

Dealing with work meetings I've found that it is very difficult for me to speak during formal work meetings. It is hard to try to say things formally and be taken seriously when you are stuttering and it makes me want to just give up and speak how I am comfortable speaking. Does anyone else have this issue?
