It works. Practice, practice. Try this exercise for me. Read aloud at least an hour every morning for 2 weeks. Anything during the day that you read, read out loud ,without disturbing others, so your brain can hear fluency from your lips. Try this for at least 2 weeks and let me know if it helps you in any way.
