I agree, your mindset is that if you speak fluently, then it's weird, it's not a habit, it's not your way of speaking. Of course all these thoughts (somatic memory) makes the stutter worse. You even state that when you speak fluently, it scares you, that's how far we stutterers are from the mentality of fluency. What is your opinion and what can we do about it to improve? How can we get a safe feeling go to for fluency?
