Please don't give up on seeking fluency. I applaud your efforts. Keep at it. You're young. You've found two therapists who can't help you. Interview more therapists. If they are going to follow the same approaches you've already experienced, challenge them to explain how they can help when others haven't. You say you had no success. Was there no improvement at all?
