Almost there(I guess)

Almost there(I guess) Used to stutter a lot since past 10 years (currently 20 y.o). Not I've almost overcome it. I still can speak long sentences at length. But yeah I can communicate properly at my workplace. Only words left are the words starting from C,K. I can "chapter" perfectly but not "cactus, cash". I know a lot of people here hate tricks but honestly they all have worked for me. So looking for tricks to speak C.. Thanks :)
