Can’t get the words out

Can’t get the words out This is my first post to this thread. I’m 18 years old and I have a problem with getting words out. I use to stutter pretty bad for as long as I can remember, probably back in 2nd grade. I don’t stutter now but most of the time I know exactly what I want to say and I attempt to say it but, the words just won’t come out. I looked into it and I might have Apraxia of speech. This has really made my life worse because I can’t communicate how I want to, any tips that can help me please let me know!
