If they keep hanging up, then you can pre-record yourself saying your introduction or any other sentence or phrase or word you anticipate using a lot during the call. Just play that pre-recording at good enough volume when you feel yourself blocking. Works at the drive-thru as well. If you have an iPhone X or above or some models of iPad plus iOS 17, you can create a personal voice that sounds like you're own. Then you can use the Live Speech functon to type out what you want to say and it'll transcribe it to speech in a voice sounding like your own. You can also create a list of shortcut words/ phrases so you can respond quicker to stuff. It's supposed to work on iPhone 11 and new iPhone SE but my iPhone 11 still isn't able to use the personal voice I created on my iPad Air.
