There aren't really any "tips" as such... Stutter varies a lot. You'll experience this a lot - some days, there's a lot of stutter, and other days, there's almost none. It's one of the things that makes stutter confusing. But sure, practice if it helps you relax! Part of stutter is also how we feel - whether we've got enough surplus of energy, good mood and concentration and all that. It all helps, more or less. And again - I can't stress this enough - if you can control your situation, do so. This means informing the relevant ones about your particular challenge. It could be a teacher, it could be friends, it could be family, it could be coworkers, it could be an entire classroom or all of your school or workplace. Doesn't matter which scope - the principle is the same. Whether or not it's considered feasible is something each individual stutter will have to assess.
