Just explain at the beginning that you have a stutter and to bear with. Any employer that won't give you the time of day isn't worth your labour anyways! My stutter actually helped me secure a job as it secured me an interview through this disability scheme. Just make sure you hit all the key words and actually prepare. I usually look up examples of potential interviews question for each role and run through them with family/friends.
