It depends, it always changes but when a word starts with a vowel it’s a bit hard or really any word with a vowel and when I stutter I also get these sort of “tics” I guess, I know others do too like closing my eyes when I stutter for a long time. I’m not really sure how to explain things well but you could always watch videos of people stuttering.
