Thought i'd share this I found a guy on YouTube who has a step - by step plan on improving your stutter in 6 weeks. It boils down to having a routine where you work on your stutter half an hour a day by practising techniques (he explains everything in the video), reading aloud and meditating. I'm normally sceptici about these kind of 'achieve fluenty in x weeks' things but this one really seems like it could help us. I'm going to try it and I thought i'd share the link with you for the People who are also interesten. (it's free) I think this routine combined with 'exposure' and going out and just talking May be able to help us. Hope this helps for me and maybe some of you!
